Dough
2 cups (chopped) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup (chopped) of vegetable shortening
1 egg
4 tablespoons of warm water approximately
Filling
500g of ground beef
1 liter of boiling water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 cup (chopped) of onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 green bell pepper diced
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
10 green olives pitted
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Dough: combine the flour, salt, and vegetable shortening in a bowl until it forms a thick crumb
Add the egg and mix quickly
Gradually add the warm water, mixing only to form a dough
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles of 15 cm diameter
Place 2 or 3 tablespoons of filling in each circle, moisten the edges and fold like a pastry
Finish off the edges by pressing them gently
Bake in a medium oven
Filling: place the ground beef in a bowl and pour in boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Strain through a sieve and let it cool
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 5 minutes
Add the tomatoes and simmer for an additional 10 minutes
Season with oregano, parsley, cumin, and sweet paprika
Combine the olives, beef, correct salt to taste
