1 kg of potato

Boil the potato with water and salt, then blend it in a food processor, add milk, butter, salt, and a pinch of black pepper
Add Catupiry cheese, cream of milk, and quark
Mix well. Reserve

Soak the cod in cold water, then shred it
Refry the cod with olive oil, onion, bell peppers, and tomato

Preheat the oven to 250°C
Line a baking dish with half of the potato mixture, place the cod on top, cover with the remaining potato mixture, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until golden brown.
