2 cups of cooked and mashed lentils

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the bell peppers
Place the lentil mixture into an English muffin tin, greased and arrange the bell pepper rings on top
Cover and bake in a moderate preheated oven (170°C) for 40 minutes
Note: If you'd like to enrich this dish with vitamin, sprinkle it with wheat germ
