1/2 cup of pickled cucumber, diced (60 g)
3 medium tomatoes (360 g), seedless, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley (for sprinkling)

In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, milk, and mustard
Add the cucumber and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
