12 thin slices of prosciutto
1 finely chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 peeled and chopped cucumber
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
salt and pepper to taste
English-style dressing to taste
1 tablespoon of mustard
mayonnaise

Cut the prosciutto slices into equal pieces
In a blender, place all remaining ingredients except for the mustard and mayonnaise
Season to taste
Blend for 2 seconds until everything is finely chopped
Remove from the blender
Add mayonnaise and mustard to moisten
Spread a thin layer of this mixture over the prosciutto slices and roll
Close the edges with a bit of butter or toothpick
Refrigerate before serving
