Pastry Dough
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon of salt

Beat the white cheese with dietary additive
Add four sliced pineapples
Assemble the roll: spread a layer of gelatin over the dough and top with the pineapple cream
With the help of a cloth, roll the dough like a roulade
Transfer the roll to a serving dish and dust the surface with a mixture of dietary additive and cinnamon
