1 1/2 kg of beef ribs
salt and black pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
100g of smoked bacon, diced
1/2 kg of corned beef
4 sprigs of rosemary
6 cups of water
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 kg of beef ribs

Remove excess fat and gristle from the ribs
Cut into manageable pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic
In a pressure cooker, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add the onion and smoked bacon and cook until browned
Add the beef ribs and cook until browned on all sides
Add the corned beef, rosemary, and water
Close the lid and cook for 55 minutes or until the meat is tender
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley
Serve immediately
