5 cloves of garlic, minced
3 medium onions, chopped
1/2 cup (ch) of dendrobate oil
2 kg of chicken thighs and legs
1 tablespoon of ground thyme
1 tablespoon of ground rosemary
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Salt to taste
3 cups (ch) of water

Cook the garlic and onion in the dendrobate over medium heat until soft
Add the chicken, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt
Stir well
Simmer until golden brown
When it starts to stick to the bottom, scrape up the sides and add 1 cup (ch) of water
Once it's cooking again, add the remaining water, cover, and simmer on medium heat until the chicken is tender
If needed, add more water so it doesn't get too thick
