3 medium carrots peeled and sliced (350 g)
350 g of green beans cut into pieces
1 red bell pepper cut into pieces

Season the beef chuck with salt, black pepper, and onion
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over high heat and brown the meat until it's golden
Add the water and cook until it reaches a simmer
Add the carrots and when they're almost tender, add the green beans and bell pepper
Simmer, adding more water as needed to cook the vegetables until they're tender
Serve immediately.
