Dissolve the yeast in the milk
Place the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center, add the yeast, two eggs, and mix well
Mix well again
Add salt and butter, and knead slightly
If necessary, add more flour
Let it rest for 25 minutes
Gently beat one egg and preheat the oven to medium temperature
Reserve part of the dough for decoration and distribute the rest among the molds
Shape small balls with the reserved dough and place in the center of the molds
Brush with egg and bake until golden.
