2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 spoons (tablespoons) of active dry yeast
1 spoon (tablespoon) of salt
1 1/2 spoons (tablespoons) of sugar
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
3/4 cup of cold milk
6 hot dog sausages
2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 spoons (tablespoons) of active dry yeast
1 spoon (tablespoon) of salt
1 1/2 spoons (tablespoons) of sugar
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
3/4 cup of cold milk
6 hot dog sausages
Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl
Add the sugar and butter, mixing until it forms a granulated mixture
Add the cold milk and mix until it forms a soft dough
Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 cm thickness
Using a glass or a large round cookie cutter, cut out 12 dough circles
Cut the hot dog sausages in half and place 1/2 sausage on each dough circle
Lift the sides of the dough circle and press the edges together, leaving a small amount of sausage visible (if the sausage is small, it's not necessary to cut it)
Place the dough circles in a lightly greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
Serve 4-6 hot dogs.
