6 Lobster Tails
1 Green Pepper, seeded and chopped
4 Tomatoes, peeled and seeded
2 Medium Onions, chopped
1/3 Cup of Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
6 Lobster Tails
1 Green Pepper, seeded and chopped
4 Tomatoes, peeled and seeded
2 Medium Onions, chopped
1/3 Cup of Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Cook the Lobster Tails in salted water
Debone and cut into pieces
Make a sauté in olive oil with Onions, Tomatoes, Green Pepper, and Cilantro
Let it cook for a bit
Add the seasoned Lobster Meat tempered with Lemon Juice, Salt, and Black Pepper to taste
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Add a little water if desired to increase the broth
Serve well and serve around Coconut Cream.
