Wash the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels
Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Grease a refractory baking dish with oil
Lay the fish fillets side by side in the prepared baking dish
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the fish, overlapping them
Chop the parsley and mix with breadcrumb passed through butter
Place over the tomatoes
Sauté the onions in oil and layer on top
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
Punctuate with anchovies and sprinkle on top
Cover everything with grated cheese
Finally, place some small pieces of butter
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
