Dredge the cod in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs
Fry the coated cod in hot vegetable oil for a few minutes until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Make the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise with chopped pickles
Serve the fritters on toothpicks as an appetizer.
