Mix the flour with salt and pepper
Rub the meat with this mixture
Baste the oil on the meat from all sides
Place it in a refractory form with a lid or a large pan that can be taken to the oven
Mix the onion, water, and ketchup
Pour it over the meat
Cover and bake at moderate heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until done
Remove the cover and pour in the milk mixture with chopped eggs and lime juice
Bake for another 5 minutes, or until the meat is tender
If too dry, add hot water
