1 small cabbage, cut into strips
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups cooked rice
1 can of tomato sauce
1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 small cabbage, cut into strips

Fry the cabbage in boiling water with salt until tender, then drain and set aside
Sauté the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat
When melted, add a layer of cabbage, half of the rice, half of the tomato sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese
Continue to alternate layers until all ingredients are used up
Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, and Parmesan cheese in a blender
Pour over the mozzarella cheese and cover the pan, then cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
