200g sweet potato, grated or in strips

200g green beans
1 clove garlic, minced
Tomato Sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons picado sauce
2 cups olive oil
4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 finely chopped onions

Garnish
Put the ring in the center of a plate
Fill it with rice and top with shrimp fritter
Remove the ring and place sweet potato crouton on top
Arrange green beans around and drizzle with tomato sauce.

Wash the rice and drain it
Fry the onion in olive oil until soft, then add the rice and fry for a bit
Add water to the pot
When boiling, reduce heat
Let cook for 40 minutes or until rice is tender
Shrimp Fritter

At high heat, sauté the onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, salt, and olive oil, stirring for 5 minutes
Add shrimp and stir well
Let cook for another 10 minutes

Beat eggs separately, add cream of chicken soup, and combine with shrimp mixture
Let cook for 5 minutes
Remove from heat still simmering
Sprinkle with cilantro
Sweet Potato Crouton
Wash the sweet potato
Fry it in hot olive oil and sprinkle with salt
Green Beans
Sauté it with garlic and olive oil for 5 minutes
Tomato Sauce
Sauté ingredients with olive oil, stirring until tomatoes are tender
