1 kg of chicken thighs
Juice from 1/2 lemon

300 g of bacon slices
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 minced clove of garlic
4 diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of hot pepper sauce
Chopped chili flakes to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F
Season the chicken with lemon juice and salt
Wrap each piece in two slices of bacon
Place it on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes
Then, remove it and let it brown
In a skillet, heat the olive oil, sauté the garlic and add the tomatoes
Season with salt, simmer for 10 minutes, stir in tomato paste and hot pepper sauce, and mix well
Cook for 2 minutes and sprinkle chili flakes over the chicken before serving.
