2 boneless chicken breast strips (550 g)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Season the strips with garlic and salt
Dredge in all-purpose flour, then dip in eggs and finally coat in bread crumbs
Set aside
Place the butter and olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes
Arrange the strips over the melted butter and bake in the oven for 2.5 minutes
Flip the chicken, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for an additional 2.5 minutes
