Preheat the oven to 220°C
Place the whole peppers in a baking dish, put them in the hot oven, and let them roast until they start to char on the outside
Remove the peppers from the oven, let them cool slightly, and then peel off the skin
Cut the peppers open, remove the seeds, and slice into strips

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, dry them, and cut them into thin strips
Cut the palm hearts into slices
In a large bowl, combine the roasted peppers, mango, spinach, palm hearts, green olives, and smoked chicken breast
