Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until it turns opaque (about 5 minutes)
Add the garlic, peas, and ginger and cook, stirring at times, until the chicken starts to brown (about 5 minutes)
Pour in the water, cover the frying pan, and cook until the chicken is tender (about 5 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and serve
