2 French-type sardine fillets
1/2 cup of canned sardines, drained and mashed
2 tablespoons of chopped pickles
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 4 tablespoons of hot water
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 French-type sardine fillets

Mix the sardines and pickles together
Combine the dissolved gelatin with the mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped pickles
Add the remaining ingredients
Mix well
Remove the bone from the fillets and fill with the mixture
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour
Before serving, cut into thick slices
