1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon of chopped green pepper
2 kg of cooked okra (leave 7 whole)
500 g of fresh crab meat
200 g of dried crab meat
1 grated coconut
1 large tomato, peeled and diced
1/2 cup of dend̃a oil

Clean and shell the fresh crab meat

In a pan, melt the butter, add the fresh crab meat, onion, cilantro, green pepper, and tomato
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes more

Remove from heat and reserve

Grind the dried crab meat in a food processor
Add it to the pan with the okra
Bring to a simmer and cook until the okra is tender

Add the grated coconut, dend̃a oil, and coconut milk
Mix well and stir in the peanut
Serve with rice.
