Mixture
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
4 tablespoons of butter
2 beaten eggs
1 egg yolk for brushing
Fillling
2 cups of shredded cooked beef or chicken
2 cups of mixed vegetables, such as carrots, potatoes, and zucchini
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of butter
1 diced tomato
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 cup of milk
To taste salt
Mixture

Mixture: combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt
Add the butter and mix well
Pour in the eggs and knead
Make a ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Divide the dough into two parts
Roll out the dough and line the sides and bottom of a removable tart pan with half the dough
Reserve the other half
Fillling: sauté the onion in butter
Add the vegetables and mix
Pour in the cooked beef or chicken, tomato, salt, and oregano
Cook for five minutes and add the flour dissolved in milk
Mix until thickened
Spoon the cold filling onto the dough and cover with the reserved dough
Brush with the egg yolk and bake until golden.
