Let the cod soak in water for at least one day
Drain, cut into small pieces, and reserve
Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil or vegetable oil for about 4 minutes
Add the cod and green peppercorns; mix well and cook on low heat with the lid closed for about 3 minutes
Sprinkle with flour and add milk; increase heat and cook while stirring constantly, until boiling
Season with salt if necessary
Mix with cooked and drained pasta and serve immediately
Serve in 6 portions.
