Sift together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
Mix the egg, milk, and melted butter
Add to the dry ingredients, mixing just until the flour is moistened
(The batter should still be lumpy.) Fry both sides in a greased skillet
Make 4 crepes of 10 cm diameter
To look like the photo, stack one on top of another
Top with a small piece of butter and drizzle honey over the crepes.
