Heat the olive oil in a pan
Add the onion and carrot and fry until lightly golden
Add the meat and cook well
Season with salt and pepper
Add 1 1/2 cups of water and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is tender
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti separately and drain well
Place it in a warm bowl with mozzarella cheese and butter
Mix gently until the cheese starts to melt
Add the chopped mixture
Serve immediately, serving 6-8 portions.
