400g of cherry tomatoes
One pinch of dried red pepper flakes

Preparation

Fry 5 liters of water with one tablespoon of salt in a large pot
Cook the linguine for eight minutes or until al dente
Then, drain

Heat the olive oil in another pan and add half of the parsley leaves and the cod mousse
Simmer for five minutes or until the cod breaks down into flakes
Add the cherry tomatoes, cover the pan, and cook for an additional five minutes

Remove from heat, add the remaining parsley leaves, dried red pepper flakes, and salt. Reserve

Drain the linguine and combine it with the mousse
