1/4 cup of ketchup
2 cups of chicken broth, boiling

1/2 cup of water
1 cup of heavy cream

In a pan, sauté the onion in butter, stirring occasionally, until it's soft
Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's tender
Join the mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, and broth
Stir well as it starts to simmer
Dissolve the flour in water and add to the pan
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens
Add the heavy cream, season with salt, and serve hot.
