1 1/2 kg of cleaned and raw shrimp
1 pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine
3 drops of hot sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of crumbly croissant dough (passed in melted butter)
1 1/2 kg of cleaned and raw shrimp
1 pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine
3 drops of hot sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of crumbly croissant dough (passed in melted butter)
Preheat the oven
Cook the shrimp in enough water to cover them, seasoned with a pinch of pepper
Let it cook for 5 minutes
Drain
If the shrimp are large, cut them
Arrange them in a square baking dish measuring 20 x 20 x 5 cm
Mix together the mustard, ketchup, melted butter or margarine, hot sauce, and salt
Spread over the shrimp
Dust with crumbly croissant dough
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crumbly croissant dough is golden brown
Serve in 6 portions.
