In a large bowl, combine the egg, salt, onion, garlic, and milk
Add the bread, meat, and mix well
Divide into two equal portions and, on a flat surface, open each one over a large piece of plastic wrap to obtain a rectangle 15 x 22 cm
Place a banana in the center of each portion, and with the help of the plastic wrap, roll up along the larger side, like a roulade
In a greased baking dish, put it in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 50 minutes or until golden brown
Garnish with fresh parsley leaves, cut into slices, and serve.
