Combine the olive oil, bacon, onion, and garlic in a refrigerator-safe container
Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes
Add the cooked lentils, rice, 3 cups of water, and chicken bouillon cube
Cover and microwave on high for an additional 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
Check if the rice and lentils are cooked
Season to taste
Serve hot.
