Soak the wheat in water for half an hour
Squeeze well

Saute the onion, garlic and bacon
Without removing the pan, add the squeezed wheat and gradually add the butter to keep the wheat moist
Add salt and cook without stopping until it's moist and cooked
Place on a tray and serve.
