After cleaning the fish well, place it over the lime juice and garlic slices
Season with salt, black pepper, and fine herbs, as well as the ginger peel you'll use in the sauce
Make three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish, leaving it to marinate in the seasoning for about 1 hour to absorb the flavors
Place the fish in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes
Pierce the meat with a fork and check if it separates into flakes

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion
Add the grated ginger and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes
