1 package of boneless chicken breast
Margarine for buttering bread slices
2 cans of tuna
4 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, diced
1 large onion, diced
1/4 cup (ch) of green olive, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Diced salsa to taste

Butter both sides of the bread slices with margarine
In a bowl, mix the tuna, tomato, onion, olive, and season with salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a blender, beat the ricotta cheese, milk, and egg until smooth
In a 30 cm diameter form or rectangular dish, layer the bread and filling ingredients until all are used up, ending with the bread
Poke holes in the bread slices with a fork and spread the cream on top
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool
Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with diced salsa
