3 small tomatoes, peeled and cut
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of pepper

Carefully season the tomatoes with two tablespoons of butter
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Heat the remaining butter and cook the omelet as usual
Place the tomatoes in the center of the omelet and fold
Cook for 4 quarters.
