1 cup of finely chopped onion

4 cups of mandioquinha, peeled and cut into cubes

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, oregano, and green pepper until soft
Add the tomatoes, garlic, paprika, and mandioquinha
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and let simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until tender
Serve in 4 portions
