2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil
500g of chicken breast cut into strips 0.5cm x 5cm
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 large onion, finely chopped
400g of small cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons of fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chicken breast in batches and cook until lightly browned
Season with salt and black pepper
Remove from the pan and reserve
Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan, add the onion and cook until transparent
Add the cucumber cubes, cover, and let it simmer for a bit
Add the chicken breast reserved, heavy cream, and fresh dill or parsley
Let it cook for a few more minutes
