6 dried mushrooms

In a small bowl, soak the mushrooms in 1/2 cup of water for 30 minutes
Remove the mushrooms from the water with a slotted spoon
Remove the stems and cut each mushroom into four pieces
Reserve 2 soup spoons of water
Trim the ends and strings from the large green beans
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 30 seconds
Add 2 soup spoons of olive oil and spread it evenly in the skillet, heating for an additional 30 seconds without smoking
Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes
Add the large green beans, bamboo shoots, salt, garlic, and the reserved water that remained from soaking the mushrooms
Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes until the liquid evaporates
Serve hot immediately
