Bring a large pot of water to a boil
While that's happening, fry the bacon in the butter and olive oil until crispy
Then set it aside
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, season with salt and black pepper, and add the grated cheese
Mix well
Set aside
When the water is boiling again, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente
Then drain
Immediately, combine the cooked pasta with the egg yolk mixture and grated cheese
Mix well to coat
Add the crispy bacon and serve immediately with additional grated cheese.
