1/2 cup of olive oil (120 ml)
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup of black olives, pitted and chopped
6 cups of crushed chicken breast (torrados)
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
Salt to taste

In a skillet with the olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic, bell peppers, tomato, and olives for 10 minutes over moderate heat
Add the crushed chicken breast and breadcrumbs
Mix well and remove from heat
Season with salt
