Fry the bacon in the oil until golden brown
Drain and remove excess fat
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, butter, cheese, and heavy cream
Cook the pasta al dente, drain, and return it to the pan
Still hot, add the egg mixture and stir gently to prevent breaking the pasta
Let cook for just three minutes
Turn off the heat, mix in the bacon, and serve immediately.
