Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden brown
Use a slotted spoon to remove the garlic and reserve
In the same pan, cook the zucchini and green olives for 2 minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and mix in the reserved garlic
Add the spaghetti and wrap it delicately
Serve immediately.
