50g of crispy bacon
25g of dried mushrooms

4 cups of all-purpose flour
100g of cooked spinach, chopped

1 pinch of salt

Meat sauce
Wash the mushrooms and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes
Drain and chop
Fry the bacon with butter over medium heat until golden brown
Add the onion, salt, pepper, carrot, mushroom, ground beef, wine, tomato puree, and one cup of water
Simmer over low heat for 1 hour
Add the remaining tomato puree and another cup of water
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Season with parsley, salt, and pepper to taste
White sauce
Melt the butter, add the flour, and mix well
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly
Season with salt and nutmeg to taste
Cook over low heat until thickened
Dough
Wisk together the flour, eggs, spinach, and salt
Knead until smooth and pliable
Roll out thinly and cut into 15 x 25 cm strips
Cook in boiling water until al dente
Drain
Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature
Assemble the lasagna by alternating layers of dough, meat sauce, dough, white sauce, and Parmesan cheese
Bake for 40 minutes and serve.
