4 slices of bread, crumbled
1 kg of ground beef
1 can of tomato puree
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
2 eggs
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

Mix the bread with the beef
Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend for 10 seconds
Pour over the beef and mix very well
Place in an English-style bundt pan and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Let stand for 5 minutes
Drain excess liquid and unmold onto a serving plate
Serve 8 slices.
