Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl and season
Heat the oil in a large frying pan
Take 1/4 cup of the pancake batter, press it into the frying pan with the back of a spoon, and fry for 3 minutes on each side, over low heat, until cooked and golden
Place the pancakes on absorbent paper
Serve alone, with cream mixed with lime juice (tangy cream) or with scrambled eggs
