1 kg of beef (brisket or any other second-cut meat)
1/2 kg of onions
1/2 kg of potatoes
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of beef broth
flour, salt, and black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 kg of beef (brisket or any other second-cut meat)
1/2 kg of onions
1/2 kg of potatoes
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of beef broth
flour, salt, and black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Cut the beef into cubes that are not too small, coat it in flour
Chop the onions into thin slices and sauté them until they turn golden brown in oil, with the lid off
Combine the floured beef, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and paprika
When the beef is well-cooked, add 1 large cup of beef broth to the pot and cover it
After about 15 minutes, remove the pot from the heat and let it stand until all the steam has dissipated
Then, open it and add the potatoes cut into large chunks
Close the lid again and count 10 more minutes once the steam starts rising again, so that the potatoes become tender.
