1 Fry the onion in butter
Add the meat, salt, and smoked paprika
2 Cook the meat until it's tender and let the excess liquid evaporate
Dough
1 Wash the flour and squeeze out any excess moisture
2 Cook the sweet potatoes and peel them
Mash them in a bowl with the flour
Let it rest for an hour
Add salt, smoked paprika, and onion
Knead well
3 Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and knead
If it's still too sticky, add another tablespoon of flour
Shape into patties and fill with meat
4 Close them and fry in hot oil
Remove and drain on paper towels
Serve immediately.
