In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes
Discard the garlic
Add the peppers, cover and let them soften until tender
Spread over omelettes

Heat the butter or margarine, add the prosciutto and cook lightly
If desired, season with black pepper and spread over omelettes
With onion
Heat the oil, add the onion and cook until golden brown
Sprinkle with salt and paprika to taste, and fill the omelettes.
