One-half kilogram of cooked beans
One-quarter kilogram of smoked pork, cut into cubes
One chopped onion
One green pepper, chopped
One tablespoon of wheat flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
Two tablespoons of mustard
One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 1/3 cups of pure tomato or tomato puree
One-half kilogram of cooked beans
One-quarter kilogram of smoked pork, cut into cubes
One chopped onion
One green pepper, chopped
One tablespoon of wheat flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
Two tablespoons of mustard
One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 1/3 cups of pure tomato or tomato puree
Fry the smoked pork in a large skillet until golden brown
Remove it and fry the onion and green pepper for five minutes, using any remaining fat
Add the flour and all spices
Then mix in the tomato puree and let it simmer for 10 minutes without covering the skillet
Add the beans and let it heat through
Spread the smoked pork on top and serve
Serves 4 to 6 people.
